The architect, Francisco Sanchiz, from the MAPB Arquitectura studio has included the most cutting-edge collections from the PORCELANOSA Group in this minimal style penthouse.
The flooring inspired by wood from L’Antic Colonial, the signature bathrooms belonging to Noken and the large-format porcelain tile from Urbatek, are just some of the elements which stand out in this housing.
By the Gothic style Elche town hall in Alicante, we can find this minimal-styled penthouse which has been created by the architect, Francisco Sanchiz, from the MAPB Arquitectura studio. The penthouse has seen a great deal of materials from the PORCELANOSA Group included in its rooms, which is a sign of these new architectural times that are well underway.
Warm floors with laminate from L’Antic Colonial
The premium materials from L’Antic Colonial have a place in this housing, where the AC4 LS 1L Illinois laminate becomes the most important flooring. Its aesthetic, inspired by the tones and variations of natural wood, which despite having greater resistance, provides the different areas of this apartment with both warmth and cosiness.
Bathrooms in black and white
The lightness offered by the 6mm Xlight porcelain tile from Urbatek makes it the perfect element for this project. It presents some more qualities such as the light and width shown by its veining, specifically with the Lush White Polished model which has been chosen for the wall tiles, floor tiles and bathroom furniture. The XLight Savage Dark Polished series has also been used as a floor tile and wall tile in another one of them. In order to ensure the installation of these materials, the building systems by Butech were used for the laying and grouting of the ceramic.
In both bathrooms, Tile bathroom furniture and Lounge taps in a chrome finish by Simone Michelli have been used. The latter being designed for the Noken bathroom firm from the PORCELANOSA Group. Belonging to the same collection, the wall-hung sanitaryware and the shower taps can be found. Krion is also present in these spaces with the Neo9 and S+Line shower screen. The waterproofing system and the shower tray drain belong to Butech.
The essence of classic marble which prevails in the two bathrooms combines the constructive sobriety with the latest avant-garde design. Modernity based on architectural classicism. Elche from above.
