The luxurious 44-home complex in Pinto (Madrid) updates its neoclassical interior design with Premium collections from the multinational ceramics company.
Featuring an oblique natural stone façade punctuated by green windows at two different heights, the luxurious complex in Pinto (Madrid) comprises 44 exclusive homes, 1,000 m2 of business premises and 380 m2 of offices, with several shared spaces including a swimming pool, gym, car park and restaurant.
The interior design of the apartments blends classic and ultra minimalist styles through the use of PORCELANOSA Group Premium collections. To make the most of natural light and create a sense of balance between the zones, they opted for an open-plan design, with an over-arching colour scheme of warm tones (above all soft brown, beige and pale pink) to bring them together. The furniture takes inspiration from French Versailles and Art Deco style, with ochre upholstered armchairs, pendant lighting, metallic geometric mirrors and hardwood furnishings.
This intimate décor features standout Delaware ceramic parquet flooring (PAR-KER®) by Porcelanosa as its floor tiles. The collection unites the various zones under the same aesthetic, connecting the living room and kitchen areas.
The open-plan kitchen is free from doors and partitions, featuring Gamadecor Residence units, a KRION® K-Life worktop and Arquitect by Noken taps. The overall design is framed by Marmi tiles from Porcelanosa, unifying the total white structure with built-in units and integrated appliances and creating the sense of a limitless kitchen.
The same interior design also runs through the property's two bathrooms, leading from the bedroom. They feature Thassos, Marmi China XL and Belize Arena wall tiles, and the Arquitect oval washbasins by Noken reinforce the contemporary design of this zone.
