The Upper East side in New York is the prestigious enclave where The Clare building is located. This is one of the latest projects which PORCELANOSA Group has taken part in.
Designed by Manuel Glas Architects, The Clare is a high luxury building with 19 floors and 30 exclusive apartments which not only have an interior design with character, but also a great mount of spaciousness and exclusivity.
The bathroom design done by the interior designer really stands out. It has floor tiles and wall tiles from Porcelanosa inspired by marble. Both for flooring and coating, the Natural White Carrara and Cream Kali models have been opted for, the latter in a beige tone. Meanwhile, PORCELANOSA Group has also been in charge of bathroom equipment through the innovative projects from Noken. Specifically, the 46cm wide basin from the Azor collection has been integrated, as well as the basin countertop.
The interior design for the apartments in The Clare is both sober and elegant, with industrial style traces and a big natural luminosity thanks to big ceiling to floor windows. Great views, further accentuated by the exterior balconies, which have had the outdoor raised floor system of ceramics on pedestals from Butech, integrating the Anthracite Oxford AntiSlip 900 x 143 mm model.
Butech is also present in The Clare project through its imposing outdoor facade. A porcelain ventilated façade with a hidden clip system that occupies 2,508 square metres made entirely with the full-body porcelain from Urbatek in a large format. Specifically, a model specially designed for this important project in a cream tone and two formats; 1200 x 596 and 1200 x 297mm.
