PORCELANOSA Group Projects: An open-plan, sustainable home in the centre of Alicante

Architectural firm Pablo Muñoz Payá Arquitectos has redesigned the original structure of this home using the PORCELANOSA Group’s Premium collections.

The living spaces are connected by a design concept that makes the most of the space through the use of white and minimalist décor.

The Mediterranean light is the key feature of this home in Alicante. Renovated by the architectural firm Pablo Muñoz Payá Arquitectos, the design combines original features of the building with the PORCELANOSA Group’s Premium collections.

White as a unifying element

With a minimalist design based on white and earth tones, each space is interconnected using materials inspired by nature, such as Par-ker™ by Porcelanosa. This ceramic parquet recreates the grain and textures of wood, combined with the strength of ceramic tiles.

Used as flooring throughout the home, it is also used to tile the backsplashes in the kitchen, giving this home a sense of unlimited space. This design unites the interior and exterior of the house, with the garden seeming to form part of the living room.

Alicante welcomes new design with open arms.
