PORCELANOSA Group Projects: M1875

With a design inspired by the “boutique hotel”, defined by a characteristic architecture and elegant design in urban environments, M1875 is configured as an exclusive residential complex with a modern style and atmosphere, located right at the heart of San Francisco.

At 1875 Mission Street, in the bustling Mission District, this construction of 38 one and two bedroom homes is found, to which designer Rusty Wadatz has brought a distinctive touch, including common areas in which every detail has been taken care of: a rooftop swimming pool, brightly coloured awnings, an area for pets, etc. All of this defines the fresh, joyful character of this project, in which the materials and products of the PORCELANOSA Group have been used to bring elegance and comfort to each one of the spaces in the building.

Thus, the warm touch of the interior of the homes has been achieved with the Advance 1L Gris parquet by L’Antic Colonial, combined in the lobby with the same model of natural wood floor in Polar finish, specially created for this project. To guarantee the necessary resistance in the common areas, the Studio Nature and Niquel Nature technical porcelain flooring by Urbatek has been used, combined with the Lappato Max Grey technical ceramic for the corridors, and the Texture Avenue Grey model with the Butech raised technical floor system.

Returning to the interiors of the homes, in the bathrooms Cube White and Irish Natural coverings by Venis and Calcatta Silver and the Amsterdam Antracita Par-ker®ceramic parquet by Porcelanosa have been used.
