This week we are off to the Caribbean, where PORCELANOSA Group have carried out the remodelling project and new construction of Digicel shops; one of the biggest telecommunication company’s operating in the Caribbean, Central America, Pacific Asia, with over 13 million clients.
The company, which offers a wide range of services including an extensive mobile service network and internet connections, wanted to renew its style and get a fresher and more contemporary image.
The main goal was to renew the shops interiors’ in the Caribbean area whilst defining the new aesthetic line for the most recent openings and the future shops which the company plans on opening in the market.
The interior design studio PDT International was in charge of carrying out this project. They used materials by Porcelanosa to achieve an avant-garde design which transmits the company’s characteristic commitment to technological innovation.
The shops floors were covered with the Roble miel ceramic flooring by Porcelanosa in a 7×26 inches format. It was placed in all of the shops except the Turk Islands where the Max Beige Nature by Urbatek model was used in a 12×24 inches format.
The harmonious neutral colours of these products highlights the characteristic corporative red colouring of Digicel, producing a visual contrast which helps to create a happy and vital environment, in line with the ongoing updates in the services and products which the company provides.
