The property has been refurbished by company Renovate Manager, combining exposed brick walls and ultra-modern decor with exclusive Porcelanosa collections.
Renovate Manager, a refurbishment company, has overhauled the Barcelona apartment by combining open-plan spaces and incredibly eclectic decor with natural collections by PORCELANOSA Group.
The kitchen and living room areas are connected by open structures and the natural light drifting in from outside, and the space stands out for its industrial aesthetic centred around the exposed brick wall in and Craft Crown ceramic floor tiles from L'Antic Colonial. The tiles in this collection mark a return to the botanical and geometric forms of 19th-century ceramic tiles, and the blue, grey and earthy tones and richness to the space.
The premium, timeless feel of the Residence R1.70 Nogal Moon kitchen by Gamadecor, with dark wood furnishings, and XTONE Liem Dark Nature countertop which echoes the texture of black marble with its matt finish, create a harmonious balance between the brick, stone and wooden beams supporting the ceiling.
The property's bathrooms appear to have been sculpted from stone. This effect has been achieved with the Rodano Acero collection by Porcelanosa, which the unifies floor and wall tiles under the same aesthetic. Inspired by grey sandstone, the restrained palette is reinforced by each tile as well as the Noken bathroom fixtures and fittings, including Round taps in black finish and the wall-mounted Architect EU toilet. One-Flex Premium adhesive by Butech and Colorstuk Rapid Manhattan grout - also from the firm - were used to ensure the optimum installation of each ceramic tile.
An intimate, monolithic bathroom.
