The student from the Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny Illes Balears, Juan Martí Estelrich, has designed this establishment and he has made use of PORCELANOSA Group collections.

Taking up an area of 600m2, this establishment starts from a conceptual idea where space connects with the individual through a circular structure.

That was the main idea that was developed in each of the structures of this building, which is located in Palma de Mallorca, a finalist in the category of Students Forward-Looking Design at the above mentioned awards.

Through a circular composition, Martí has connected all the areas of this estate agent company, therefore enhancing that idea of a continuous connection with the PORCELANOSA Group collections.

In the 600m2 that this space takes up, several Premium materials have been used, such as: the Listón Oxford Cognac and the Forest Slate collections from Porcelanosa; the Nairobi Crema marble from L’Antic Colonial and the Faces metallic mosaic in the Oro finish (also from this company); the Noa Tanzania Almond and the Mala Minnesota Moka ceramic wood collections (from StarwoodTM); the Laja Natural wall tile from Venis, the Soul collection from Urbatek and the pieces from Noken, which give shape to the bathrooms. “The purpose of this project, with the help of the PORCELANOSA Group materials, is to create a pleasant and relaxing space where clients feel right at home and can experience different sensations. An atmosphere where clients and nature come closer together”, says Juan Martí.

A healthier atmosphere with KrionTM K·Life

One of the leading materials in this project is none other than KrionTM K·Life, whose ecological and antibacterial character does not allow fungi or bacterial growth. As well as that, other leading features are: its zero porosity which prevents bacteria build-up; its high thermocurving ability and its resistance to high temperatures and fire. Also, not only does it improve the environment but also the health of people who work and visit this place. Among other reasons, we see the photocatalytic features and the composition of this material, which prevents air pollution, as well as removing pesticidal and pesticide compounds.

By means of a 1.10 metre-high platform, the different levels of this premises intermingle with each other, creating a kind of forest that is nourished by the materials from PORCELANOSA Group.
