With 78 Premium rooms and an eclectic design, the Radisson RED Hotel in Aarhus (Denmark) has become an icon of new interior design thanks to its decorative versatility and beautifully maintained facilities. Located just a few metres fromVennelystparken and the city's main historic buildings (less than 2 km from City Hall, Aarhus Cathedral, and the ARoS Aarhus Art Museum), the four-star hotel from the Radisson Blu chain blends the cutting-edge with the classic using PORCELANOSA Group's most exclusive collections.
The hotel places customer comfort above all else, with an interactive design based on bright colours, velvety textiles and warm lighting, in a style somewhere between Danish modernism and architectural rationalism. Large format pieces by XTONE have been used to unite all the elements under the same aesthetic. The compact sintered mineral by PORCELANOSA Group features in the reception area, where an infinite desk inspired by black Marquina marble gives guests a warm welcome.
Illuminated with LED lighting, the fireproof countertop balances harmoniously with the circular ceiling light, with bulbs illuminating the lobby's circular sofa and intensifying its stunning red upholstery. Here, a black oak table joining the reception and lobby areas and laminate shelving by Gamadecor down the side invite guests to rest and relax with food or a book.
The exclusive rooms at the Radisson Red champion practicality through their exclusive design blending premium materials and light textiles in neutral tones. Designed with relaxation or work in mind, each of the 78 rooms has an organic oak desk with a metal frame (Gamadecor) and ergonomic leather chair, a three-level open cabinet with organic and black oak finishes joined to an organic oak laminate minibar, and a rectangular mirror that gives an added sense of breadth to the double beds.
All of the furnishings are from the Gamadecor brand by PORCELANOSA, and are defined by simplicity, craftsmanship and ease of use. These properties enhance the hotel's Yes I Can philosophy that seeks customer wellbeing through service excellence and personalised customer care.
