The organic designs from L'Antic Colonial bring out the colours and textures of nature through stone, exquisite wood, geometric ceramic tiles and metallic mosaics. These are the four aesthetic lines the PORCELANOSA firm is pursuing in its new collections this season.
Exclusive marble and wood
The brand's range, on display until Friday at Cersaie 2021, masterfully combines the classic look of Bianca marble (in Polished and Classic finishes, with dispersed veins) with wall-mounted bathroom furnishings and fresher hues. In terms of wood, Genova is a particular highlight. Its multi-layered composition makes for more resistant floors, and the shades available - Light, Natural, Brown and Chrome - will lend brightness to any space.
The brand's metallic mosaics continue to be one of their most in-demand products, and in this edition they've chosen to showcase the subtle, geometric forms of Gravity Aluminium Shell and Gravity Aluminium Sides. The former features a scale-like design, whilst the latter collection is defined by small overlapping hexagonal pieces that will embellish any wall. Both are available in: Aquamarine, Metal and Gold.
L'ac's 3D ceramic tiles will also be on show at the Bologna fair, where you can see various applications of the Split series. The surfaces work well with relief or base tiles in Black, Green, Grey, Navy, Salmon or White. The subtle design of each piece features horizontal and vertical lines reminiscent of the brand's Cross Chevron design, which it has now perfected with more natural finishes. Installing this herringbone floating laminate flooring makes rooms like bathrooms and living rooms warmer, and safer
