PORCELANOSA Group Projects: Modern architecture in Sochi

The Starwood wall tile from the PORCELANOSA Group, Nepal Natural slate by L’Antic Colonial and Park Beige by Venis are some of the outstanding materials in this house. The straight line sobriety is combined with naturist-character pieces.

The designer, Kesyan Marina, from the Monmart Design studio, has overseen of the refurbishment of this single-family-home in Sochi, Russia. To this effect, Keysan Marina has banked on the exclusivity of the materials from the PORCELANOSA Group, distributed by Bomond in this area.

Cutting-edge wood and stone

The naturalness of the ecru finishes of the stone or wood create a combination of contrasts in between classicism and avant-garde. The common denominator which keeps the continuity in this space, where its sober straight lines and organic pieces stand out. Cosy warm interiors focused on nature.

Brightness in interiors and exteriors alike

The large covered terrace incorporates the Noa Tanzania Almond wall tile from Starwood, which covers the front side of the wall, and furthermore, it enhances the brightness of this space where wood plays the leading role. Starwood portrays the wood detail with a distinctive geometrical-lined finish which provides the set with exclusivity.

The texture of the 60cmx80cm Nepal Natural slate from L’Antic Colonial is perfectly combined with the wood in the interior. This natural stone has been used as a wall tile, as well as giving the exterior sobriety.

The Park Beige ceramic wall tile by Venis has been incorporated in the bathroom. Its stony look with a relief of sinuous undulated lines make the five senses become stimulated.
