Lux Residential: a timeless double-height design

The materials used give the house spaciousness, light and a timeless and unique design.

Materials and lighting are the main protagonists in Lux Residential, a newly built home. The visual continuity of the paving, linking the interior and exterior spaces, raises the aesthetic level of the project.

The efecto cemento covers this project with Bottega Caliza, and is used as the general flooring of the interior and exterior spaces. At the same time, it is used as cladding for the façade, the swimming pool and the fences surrounding the house. To achieve the desired effect, laying materials recommended by Butech have been used.

The living room, open to the kitchen, is characterised by the contrast of the two colours used: beige and black. The rooms are complemented with wooden details in the furniture and blue in the decoration. The wall where the television is located stands out, covered with XTONE. The living room is framed by the furniture and the glass ceiling, which connects to the upper floor.

The XTONE Nylo Noir porcelain tile also features in part of the cladding of the house. It can be found on the staircase walls (, by Porcelanosa), creating a sophisticated and surprising mural. The same material has also been used to make the two tables – made to measure – in the living room. Also noteworthy are the XTONE tables, made to measure for the living room, with the Nylo Noir model.

Bathroom ambiences with a timeless design

In the interior design of the project, orchestrated by the María del Mar González Guirado studio, the materials used in the bathrooms have been carefully selected. Thus, the Spiga Bottega Caliza decorative cladding (Porcelanosa) has been used on the walls and ceiling of the guest toilet. And it has been decorated with a pedestal washbasin and a mirror that runs along the wall and ceiling. Together with the glazed door with access to the toilet, a modern room with character has been achieved.

In addition, the Shower Deck system (Butech), the completely flat shower trays, has been installed in all bathrooms. For this purpose, the flooring installed in the house has been used, which has a timeless design that enriches the spaces. For another bathroom, the small format ceramics, Nazari Fes (L’Antic Colonial), in aquamarine green, has been installed. This wall tiling model fits perfectly with the Ras washbasins and the One backlit mirror, by Krion.

Outdoor continuity

The aesthetic and visual continuity of the project continues on the terrace, with the timeless design of Bottega Caliza. It is also integrated into the pool basin. This creates a uniform, orderly and simple atmosphere that conveys serenity and calm. The same timeless design has been chosen for the adjoining area of the house.

The pool area is completed with the Airslate Graphite natural stone (L’Antic Colonial), creating an elegant and discreet atmosphere.

The lighting has been decisive in enhancing the luminosity and spatial perception of each of the rooms. The neutral tones in the decoration and the materials chosen reinforce the interior design, achieving luminous spaces full of life.
