The new restaurant shines again thanks to traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Under the name of Jimena, this protected building is an innovative project, promoted by Rubén López, which brings together different ambiences with the hallmark of Porcelanosa materials.
Enjoy a meal with sea views
Full of tropical and Mediterranean plants, Jimena's customers can enjoy a paradise in the new gastronomic space. Divided into two areas, the area closest to the sea is characterised by recreating a more informal space that evokes a relaxing beach landscape. The area of the villa embodies a more elegant and sophisticated space, clad and paved with an XTONE® design, which enhances the appearance and usability of the terrace, ready for any type of event.
In the dining room, the interior design is defined by several round tables with marble texture (Orobico Dark by XTONE®) and a ceramic structure (XTONE®), surrounded by a space decorated with wicker elements, a rope curtain with a reed roof, flowers and plants.
Decorative elements
In seeking to maintain the Mediterranean style in all the rooms of Jimena, the bathroom has been clad in the decorative Fitwall® panels with a braided look that adds volume to the decoration, combined with Bottega Caliza tiles by PORCELANOSA. Likewise, the tones of the bathroom elements complement the design, also making use of plants and elements with natural textures.
And so, Jimena brings Villa Dávalos back to life.
