The multinational company showcased its latest developments and comprehensive services for the real estate sector at the trade show held from 24 to 27 May at IFEMA Madrid

With sustainability and innovation as major themes, PORCELANOSA Group presented its latest innovations at the leading national trade fair in the real estate sector, SIMA, at a stand spanning 50 m2, made up of a kitchen, living room and three bathrooms. Five rooms clad with various façade sections, made with Breda Beige Sand Home sandstone from L'Antic Colonial and Montreal White Texture ceramics from the Xlight collection by Porcelanosa and Vela Natural and Matika Silver from Venis Projects, which was installed using the Butech ventilated façade system.

Notable features of the stand included the Smart Kitchen in the Bison finish from Gamadecor with an invisible cooktop made with XTONE® Argos Black Nature large-format porcelain and an area with columns in the Coffee finish. The room is rounded off with the Limit Urban Caliza Nature and Urban Caliza Nature wall and floor tile from Porcelanosa, alongside with Pro-part Graphite Matt Line profile from Butech.

The walls of the living room combine the decorative panel 3D Fitwall® Rolling Velvet Black from KRION® with the Skins Empyreal Woven Silver textured wallpaper from L'Antic Colonial. The proposal takes on a natural look thanks to the vinyl floor tile Linkfloor Kingdom Persia and the furniture from Gamadecor Living.

Large-format XLIGHT ceramic elements from Porcelanosa are the stars of the show in one of the bathrooms with Aria White Pulished, Blue Roma Silk and Astana Grey Polished models on the walls and Aria White Nature on the floor. A set that is completed with the NK Concept washbasin, unit and taps and the Unseen Blanco shower tray by Noken.

Another bathroom was clad with the Vela Smoked collections, inspired by the aesthetics of cement, and Deco Bremen Nut, which resembles natural slats. The pieces blend beautifully with the Forest Natural ceramic wood from Venis Projects, electric underfloor heating by Butech, the Lounge Negro Mate toilet and Round taps from Noken and two Wish Nogal Moon units with the finish of Gamadecor.

The third bathroom includes the Flow Rock shower tray with the Marko screen, the One countertop and the Lite Plus mirror, all from KRION®. A design which is completed with the Square taps (Finish Studio Brushed Copper finish) and the Essence C Blanco Mate toilet from Noken and the Savannah Topo, Deco Savannah Topo, Diamond 3D Roble and Vertice Savannah Topo models by Porcelanosa.
