Situated at less than 10 kilometres from the coves of the Alicante coast, in Benissa, lies this single-family contemporary style residence with views of the Peñón de Ifach. Surrounded by vegetation, the property blends into the natural environment through its glass surfaces, allowing a direct connection between the interior and the exterior.
Spread over 3 levels and designed by the Pintado y Rico Arquitectos studio, the project has a large terrace and a swimming pool with a geometrically arranged waterfall that allows a direct link with the Mediterranean Sea.
The tones used, especially on the exterior, combine the colours and textures of the stone inspired porcelain line of Solidker Deep Grey Nature, the sandy-effect ceramic STON-KER ® Arizona Caliza (both as flooring) and XLIGHT, the PORCELANOSA extra-fine porcelain with a metallic effect on the façade. All the tiles are installed with Butech installation materials.
Large, connected spaces
The interior of the residence, designed by Redline Development, maintains the same style and continuity thanks to the HIGHKER ® Berna Acero large format PORCELANOSA tiles laid throughout the home. A porcelain stoneware full of nuances with the aesthetic of natural stone and that gives elegance and distinction to the different areas of the house.
The space is divided into two storeys, with an open concept lounge-dining room and a Gamadecor kitchen with a Cosmuz Pulido countertop by Altissima on the ground floor, thus highlighting the connection with the exterior.
The connecting link between the two floors is found in the hanging lamps that give visual access to the second floor, where the more private rooms are located. Here is the main bathroom, spectacular thanks to its continuous, refined and unique design, with a large window to allow the entrance of natural light. The distinctive touch is provided by the Sochi Pulido by PORCELANOSA ceramic tile flooring, the ultra refined ceramic tile inspired by onyx, and the special finishing by Noken.
The small details make the difference
Another highlight of Racó 27 is its commitment to relaxation. The residence has a dedicated relaxation space on the lower floor for reviving the senses and well-being. Similar to a SPA, the area has a sauna and a hot/cold contrast area decorated with the Gravity Aluminium Trace Gold mosaic by L "Antic Colonial, accompanied by a luminous Butech profile.
Exclusively located with views of the Mediterranean.
