The multinational ceramic manufacturer and the real estate developer are working together on two residential building projects to improve accessibility with premium materials.
PORCELANOSA Group and the developer Gestilar join forces to help the property market reactivate with two residential projects in Madrid, ‘Isla de la Toja’ (San Sebastián de los Reyes) and ‘Islas Estelas’ (Valle de Mena), and a complex in Portugal, currently under construction, ‘Miraflores’.
The Madrid projects use Porcelanosa’s premium collections and have benefited from the advantages of the Porcelanosa Partners programme, including personalised advice from PORCELANOSA Group’s professional team, the 3D development of the rooms and a catalogue of products chosen to meet the needs of both projects.
Located in Tempranales, San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), the ‘Isla de la Toja’ complex comprises homes with up to 4 bedrooms, all oriented to allow natural light to enter all the rooms.
With an interior combining elements of minimalism and the industrial style, designed by Morph Studio, this residential complex has used the Par-ker® Chester Acero collection by Porcelanosa as the main flooring, providing continuity between the interior and the exterior through the spacious terraces.
This ceramic parquet, which reproduces the veins and the texture of oak, is combined with Porcelanosa’s Rodano Acero and Rodano Taupe mosaic, whose contrasting grey and beige reinforce the restrained tone of the bathrooms with the Ecolite bathtub and the Acro Rimless toilet by Noken in the centre. The sleek design of the Acro Rimless toilet helps keep the bathroom clean.
Gestilar has chosen the Peñagrande district of Madrid for ‘Islas Estelas’. This residential complex, which comprises 69 homes, padel courts, gym, swimming pools and children’s play areas, features natural wood by L’Antic Colonial and some of Noken’s top bathroom collections, including the Acro Compact toilets.
