Gamadecor leads the ranking of Spanish manufacturers of kitchen furniture

The firm from the PORCELANOSA Group, which specializes in kitchen furniture is in luck. Gamadecor has become the first Spanish manufacturer of kitchen furniture in terms of turnover, according to the rankings prepared by the Broadcasting Authority of Kitchen Furniture and Kitchen Accessories Manufacturers, published by Cocina Integral.

With a turnover exceeding 27 million euros, Gamadecor maintains its leadership with figures that almost double those of the second company in the ranking. That report also shows an increase in the turnover of the company, which has increased its turnover by 40% over the last five years, thanks to the commitment to internationalization since Gamadecor exports 80% of its production to major markets worldwide, including the United States, France, United Kingdom, Mexico and Italy.

For the export share, commitment to innovation is added. This has led the PORCELANOSA Group firm to a qualitative leap in their products, improving their productive processes with a significant investment in infrastructure, which have positioned the brand as a benchmark of quality in the field of kitchen furniture.

This has enabled the creation of the Emotions kitchens range, thanks to the application of the latest technologies in the market. For the launch, Gamadecor has equipped its 125,000 square metres of facilities with cutting-edge technologies such as laser edging which allows more hardwearing junctions and almost invisible joints avoiding the use of glues and solvents:  the so forming system that allows edges to be created with mitres or frames for the faces and furniture decorative panels; or the 5-axis numerical control machining center, which enables the realization of mechanized actions with great precision and speed, all of which have been impossible before now.

Also the background spray booth and painting tunnel have been renovated, these have been equipped with a Ciclomix which automatically mixes accurately each additive necessary to make each color, ensuring uniformity and minimizing product waste.

Thus, Gamadecor has opted for continuous improvement of production processes, and at the same time, searches for the highest quality and service excellence as a growth engine and consolidation of its leadership.
