PORCELANOSA Group continues to support the Prince of Wales’s charitable foundations

As a collaborator of different charitable foundations headed by England’s Prince Charles, PORCELANOSA Grupo has recently taken part in the reception that the British heir to the throne has every year in order to thank both organizations and friends for their support regarding  these charitable causes.

Around 200 guests attended the evening event that took place at Buckingham Palace, a symbol of the British monarchy par excellence. Before dinner, which was served in the amazing Picture Gallery lounge, the guests enjoyed a magnificent concert by the Philharmonic orchestra, led by the Valencian Ramón Tebar. This concert also included the performance of the Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja and the Swedish soprano Malyn Bystrom.

On behalf of PORCELANOSA Grupo, the event was attended by a delegation made up of the president of the corporation, Manuel Colonques, and other management staff, who went along together with the top Russian model Irina Shayk, the actor Jeremy Irons and Isabel Preysler, the latter being the icon for Porcelanosa for over three decades. Apart from international celebrities, renowned Spanish celebrities also attended the event, for instance, the bullfighter Finito de Córdoba and his wife Arantxa del Sol, the leading male model Andrés Velencoso and one of Isabel Preysler’s daughters, Ana Boyer.

It is also worth mentioning that PORCELANOSA Group has been supporting several charitable causes promoted and ruled by the British heir to the throne for nearly 20 years, an example of this is The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment -La Fundación del Príncipe de Gales para la Arquitectura y el Medio Ambiente Urbano-, an organization devoted to improving people’s quality of life by means of teaching and putting the timeless ecological ways of putting planning, design and construction into practice.
