Order and simplicity are the two principles underlying the design of this property in Valencia. Designed by Carlos Serra with PORCELANOSA's collections, its rooms give priority to sober, neutral colours, such as white, grey or beige on walls and floors, enhancing the natural light from the exterior.
Walnut wood and art in every corner
Con tres zonas diferenciadas mediante el uso de grandes cristaleras o puertas correderas, una de las combinaciones que se repite en toda la vivienda es aquella formada por suelos de madera de nogal (Tortona Walnut de L’Antic Colonial) y paredes blancas. This balanced blend of warm and cool colours defines the character of the kitchen, the Gamadecor dressing room and the bathrooms. En la primera estancia destaca el modelo Emotions 4.90 Blanco Mate de Gamadecor con encimera XTONE Aged Clay de Urbatek y grifería metalizada de Noken, cuyo diseño extensible convierte esta zona de trabajo en mesa auxiliar.
The most striking aspect of the kitchen is the symmetry of the design, in which custom-made white lacquered furniture is complemented by LED lights and the high beige seats that surround the worktop. Algo similar a la estética que siguen los baños, donde la madera Tortona Walnut se utiliza como revestimiento para encuadrar el conjunto Karon de nogal (L’Antic Colonial) con lavabo circular o como pavimento (segundo baño). En esta última estancia se ha incluido un mueble con grifería monomando Urban de Noken, la encimera de Krion® Lux 1100 K-Life y un espejo retroiluminado que aumenta la profundidad del espacio. The use of PORCELANOSA Solid Surface increases safety and hygiene in the bathroom, as it is bacteriostatic, almost completely non-porous, moisture-proof and impact-resistant.
