27th International Exhibition: Porcelanosa explores a new language for ceramics between metal and cement

The firm is presenting two new collections: Steel and Bhutan.

Designed for use as ceramic floor or wall tiles, these pieces can be adapted to any type of project thanks to their multiple colours and finishes.

The new generation ceramic collections that Porcelanosa has launched on the market respond to an integral design concept in which all the elements are related. This applies to its two new collections: Steel and Bután. Both will be presented during the 27th International Exhibition of Global Architecture and Interior Design.

The sensuality of metal

The new Steel collection is inspired by old metals and draws from them the shine that can be seen in its four colours: Silver, Stone, Grey and Bone.

The two formats for flooring (120 cm x 120 cm and 59.6 cm x 59.6 cm) recall the appearance of sheet metal with touches of rust that appear to emerge from the main surface.

The wall tiles are in two colours: Grey and Bone, which can be fitted either as 59.6 cm x 150 cm tiles or as decorative pieces (Line Steel Grey and Line Steel Bone. Mosaic Steel tiles, with their mixed colours and small overlapping squares, are an ideal complement for the wall tiles in this series.

With a horizontal streak that varies according to the distance from which it is viewed, Steel gives a creative touch to any project by contractors or in the residential sector.

The expansion of HIGHKER

The success of HIGHKER (Porcelanosa’s large format Premium tile) in 2019 has led the company to continue research into new formats and textures. This has led to the development of Bután, a collection which recreates natural stone and its different contrasts.

Available in three colours (Steel, Bone and Silver) and 100 cm x 100 cm or 59.6 cm x 59.6 cm format for flooring and 45 cm x 120 cm for walls, this series can be used for spaces with an industrial look that seek to unify their design.

This option can also be combined with Spiga Bután decorative pieces, which will lighten the overall appearance of rooms with their curved shapes.

Design in motion.
