The studio, led by the English architect, Tim Bowder-Ridger, (member of the 2017 Porcelanosa Awards jury), is distinguished because of creating architectural experiences based on the cultural spirit and the personality of his structures.
Supporters of improving the quality of life through design, the Conran & Partners team has managed to democratise architecture through listening and studying today's society.
Each of its projects is adapted to the user's real needs, which enables them to design ideas and sophisticated shapes that are based on the functionality and proportionality of the space.
This philosophy can be found in projects such as the Centre Point building in London or the reinvention of the Blake tower, located in the exclusive residential complex of the Barbican in London.
The intervention made by the Ridger team in the first space allowed for Richard Seifert's iconic building to be turned into a series of 82 luxury sustainable apartments. The grade II of this building is designed to reduce energy consumption through its glazed structure and the combined central heating and power system.
Designs in which the experience "is Awarded"
The studio now has eighty architecture and design awards. We highlight, among the most recent: the New London Architecture, Design Week, Housing Design, FX, Blueprint, World Interior News, Sunday Times British Homes, Architects Journal, Restaurant and Bar Design and the Evening Standard New Homes.
Being a benchmark in modern architecture, Conran & Partners has extensive experience in the construction of new buildings and in old building refurbishments .Its interest in the growth of cities has been transferred to residential and commercial buildings. All of them defined by the timelessness and authenticity of their shapes.
