Technical flooring.
Interior technical flooring
Interior technical flooring developed by Butech hides equipment such as telephone and electricity cables, pipes, air conditioning equipment and power outlets under the floor. This type of flooring consists of plates that are placed on a galvanized steel structure and do not need to be permanently fixed. This creates an orderly space under the floor. Recommended ceramic pieces for this type of floor include STON-KER® ceramic stone or SOLIDKER technical porcelain.
Exterior technical flooring
External technical flooring systems are used in terraces that need to be covered with flat surfaces with inclined exterior supports to improve aesthetics, insulation and drainage. This type of flooring consists of ceramic plates and plastic pedestals of adjustable height. Butech exterior plates have an average thickness of 24mm, giving them sufficient resistance to withstand pedestrian traffic.
