Ventilated facades

PORCELANOSA Grupo carries out constant research into the development of high-tech ventilated façade systems, today considered to be the most efficient, safest form of exterior cladding.

Ventilated facades ensure high energy savings for buildings of up to 20 or 30%. In addition, their different layers improve on buildings’ sound insulation, a factor of major importance in cities with high noise levels.

The installation system minimizes execution times, and ventilated facades only require minimal maintenance. In addition, broken tiles can easily be replaced with no need for building work.

Butech’s technical department designs ventilated facades that incorporate some of Porcelanosa’s most resistant tile models, like STON-KER™, an exclusive material with a resistance to meteorological agents that makes it perfect for use as outdoor cladding.
