PORCELANOSA Grupo Projects: a paradise of light and comfort in Miami

Tuesday September 5th, 2017 · PORCELANOSA Grupo

Opposite the beaches in Miami, one can find one of the most sophisticated and architectural projects done with materials from the PORCELANOSA Grupo in the last couple of years. The residential project which belongs to the Gables Estates Club community, a private luxury residential area where calmness rules, and where one can gaze at a huge number of houses, which are outstandingly architectural and decorative. This magnificent property leads the way through a large structure, designed by the AGD Architects architecture studio and which seems to have been put together by interconnected blocks placed in a disparate way.

The PORCELANOSA Grupo gets involved with its most Premium materials, mainly through bathroom equipment as well as high-quality wall tiles and ceramic floor tiles. The eight firms from the PORCELANOSA Grupo are present in this project with the aim of achieving a unique residential space which meets the demands of this exclusive community in Miami.

The main axis of the housing is to offer its members a wellness experience. Therefore, an atmosphere of peace and quiet is sought after, and this is achieved thanks to the spaciousness of the housing as well as its open, bright and dynamic design. Similarly, the relaxing touch of the house is enhanced to a great extent thanks to its Spa and the outside area, which consists of an overflowing swimming pool and a chill-out area.

Along the area of almost 700 square metres of the house, one can find 7 bedrooms (including the main one which is buoyant), 8 bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, a spa and a clear open dining room. The material used inside in the main rooms of the house and in some of the bathrooms is the Silk Wood Classico travertine natural stone flooring  by L’Antic Colonial, which provides a matt finish that reflects Miami’s incomparable natural light, which enters through the bathroom thanks to its large windows.

The Park White porcelain tile by Venis also plays a major role in the bathroom. Its wavy structure in a whitish finish provides the interior wall with personality. This wall matches perfectly with the floor-level shower tray whose drainage is from Butech. Similarly, the Faces White model by L’Antic Colonial, can also be found in one of the main rooms in the house. We are dealing with a ceramic wall tile which provides the space with volume, as well as unique versatility.

With regard to the bathroom flooring, we can find other materials such as the Deep White full through-body porcelain with the AntiSlip technology by Urbatek, along with the Madagascas Blanco STON-KER ceramic stone by Venis.

As far as the bathroom equipment is concerned, the studio has included taps and shower heads from the NK Logic collection, Urban C bathroom accessories and sanitaryware from the Arquitect collection. All of them from Noken.

One can also find in the bathroom some furniture from the Revel and Nex collection by Gamadecor. They achieve a magnificent contrast with pieces designed with the KRION® Solid Surface mineral compact, in its purest white.

We can find some remarkable details in the house, such as the decorative profiles by Butech, the Gravity Aluminium metallic mosaics by l’Antic Colonial, and also the Newport White rectified ceramic wall tile by Venis, which provides the house with brightness and spaciousness.

Last, but not least, the kitchen includes some furniture from the Emotions collection by Gamadecor and also a worktop manufactured with KRION®. A highly-suitable choice thanks to its hygienic, aesthetic and anti-bacterial properties.
