Modernity and comfort are the bases of this house designed by the renowned architect and interior designer James Sim, from the JSA Design studio. This great professional used simple and concise axis to create living spaces like this admirable house located in the south of England near the Sandbanks beach.
This 850 square metre building of straight-lines which plays with volumes is located on a 1500 square metre plot. The house is distributed over four floors with terraces and vast walls of glass that boost the natural lighting in different rooms and shows the beautiful views of the lush forest that surrounds the house.
The five luxurious suites of this residence all have a dressing room and ensuite, which are fully equipped with materials by PORCELANOSA Group. The main suite also has a large terrace, a luxurious bathroom with a hydro-massage bath tub, and a complete shower and sauna cabin.
James Sims used washbasins from the Forma series and single lever high spout taps by the Bela Retto collection by Noken. With regard to bathtubs, the American architect chose the Minimal four hole Hydro bathtub with a mixer tap, both by Systempool.
